USI've yet to be paid a month after trade-in I traded in an old iPad, but I never received any information regarding my trade-in. I tracked the package and it was delivered to Gadgetsail on July 3. Today is July 30. I have sent the emails, no response. I've checked my PayPal account, no payment. I've checked my email, no confirmation or payment emails. There is no way to contact them other than email. But no one responds. If I could give zero stars I would.
