I ordered 2 bottles of 8oz cream but… I ordered 2 bottles of 8oz cream but was sent 2 bottles of 2oz. I contacted the seller and he immediately took action. He informed me the 2oz cans were sent by mistake and that they were out of the 8oz. So he sent me 6 more bottles of the 2oz which arrived in only a few days. It was a little disappointing that they were out of the 8oz but the seller made good in a prompt manner. I recommend this store.

Sent a fraudulent product!! I ordered a specific product shown available and exactly what I needed - they sent a "new and improved" formula. I started to use, but my naturopath said it's not the same at all and I should NOT be using. I asked for a refund - they lied and said the product I wanted had been discontinued. The manufacturer said that was completely false. I have been going back and forth for months and they now claim their ability to refund a customer has been discontinued. Horrible company - they are fraudulent and no one should use them!!
