CABad experience.. SCAM Ordered this product December 14th for a Christmas gift and still had not arrived. Expected shipping and delivery was 2-7 days.. and 3 weeks later, I haven’t received anything. They emailed me on Dec 20th asking if the address I provided was correct, which it was so I’m not sure why they’d be asking me. If i’m paying almost $1000 for an item I am definitely making sure i’m entering my address correctly the first time around. I’ve emailed a couple of times and contacted support several times but I haven’t heard anything. I will be contacting my credit card company and reporting this as fraud.

GBExtremely slow processing Extremely slow processing. $3,000 were pulled out of my credit card 3 days ago (within seconds of ordering), but product hasn’t shipped yet and nobody in their chat team can tell me when it will ship. The company can not be reached via phone. Left voicemails are not being returned. Same with emails to their support mailbox. Very frustrating experience. Update Feb 27, The product arrived, but is missing some features, but Enigwatch is now very active in communication and supportive in finding a solution, thereore updating from 1 to 3 stars until resolved.

ITNon existent costumer service Order went well over timeframe of expected delivery (multiple weeks) with no communication about delays. Reached out to their support via email to request an update and received no response after multiple attempts. Ultimately had to seek a refund through my credit card company. For a company that is supposedly selling high quality/expensive items, the lack of communication is surprising to say the least. Edit: very extensive reply from the company where I am somehow still blamed for the delay in shipping. I appreciate the extensive reply, nonetheless and updated my review to add a star for the team’s attempt at fixing the issue. I checked the order confirmation to check my sanity and I indeed entered my address correctly, and I have never had any previous issues shipping things to that address. In conjunction with this reply, I finally received a response from their customer support. Shame it took making a public ordeal to get any communication. Their product may be good. I’ll never know. But I would stay away as if you run into any issues it will be extremely difficult to rectify. A “discount” for future purchases is an odd way to try to win back a customer who you couldn’t deliver an expensive product the first time around. I would have to be a real sucker to want to spend even more money after this. Edit 2: you can’t make this stuff up. After my first edit they removed mention of the offered discount in their reply and then reported my review for “not being a real experience” I imagine in an attempt to get the negative review to go away. The damage control from this company is something else.

AEDo Not fall for it-Scam RED ALERT, its a scammer company based in CHINA they are actually stealing other companies stores and products images and posting them as if they are theirs. I tried visiting their imaginary physical location in dubai which never existed at all, I tried getting in touch by email and phone number which NO ONE will answer you because they have nothing to say to clients other than fake and misleading information. save your money , your time and stay away.
