Don’t purchase from Techmint. Go through Amazon! Once I purchased my computer, Techmint would not answer my questions or even communicate with me. Apparently I have a one year warranty and I have no idea how I would even get a hold of them. They list absolutely no phone numbers to contact them. My Mac computer was advertised as refurbished but I’m not sure even that was done. I’d tell anyone who would ask, don’t purchase a refurbished anything from this company. Go through Amazon instead!!!

Order a refurbished Apple Watch Red… Order a refurbished Apple Watch Red Sport band. What I received was half of the band as an Apple product and the other half of the band was not. The bands were two different shades of red. I reached out to their customer service via email on two occasions and never received a response. I would appreciate a response from the company to resolve the issue in either receiving the other half of the Apple product band or a return/refund.
