GBPoor customer service Customer service was awful. I placed my order on Friday at 12 pm, and it was confirmed. I paid for expedite delivery as I was in a rush to receive it. I waited for it and on Monday I received an email that my order was canceled. I understand that they couldn’t deliver next day as it was Saturday, however why would they confirm an order on Friday and made me wait two days in order for them to cancel? Why they couldn’t send a cancellation email on Friday. In any case, I got issues with the whole situation. Wish their customer service was more professional.
