Hardware Complication I had an issue with a piece of my hardware used to connect the phone holder to the light. It was twisted so tight together, it seemed as if it wasn’t the right piece for my stand. I contacted Sarah via the customer service email and she worked through the process. Great customer service.

I’ve bought from element lights a few… I’ve bought from element lights a few times this year. I continue to but from them because there’s a lot of things that makes element lights different from other companies. They have always been so helpful, no matter what situation arises. I would never buy grim another company again after dealing with element lights. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to take their lighting to the next level! Also, I found out that they started offering lifetime warranty. This is huge and I’ll never have to worry about replacing equipment when it breaks. Thank you guys so much!
