I bought the product 3 months ago and… I bought the product 3 months ago and they don't work, even with a strict diet in place. I keep getting charged and I have no email or phone number to get in touch with them. I'm giving them one week to get in touch with me because my lawyer is already informed and has contacted a scam finder.

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered this product and decided within the return guidelines for a full refund...That was back 1/4/24! It is now 3/28/24 and I have several emails back and forth regarding the issue for not receiving the full refund. I started calling weekly and keep getting the same response of "billing will get back with you in 24-48 hours." No one gets back to to me. I have never experienced such poor customer service or the fact it is taking 4 months for what should be a simple refund. If you want a to waste your time and lose money, order from this company.

Not only do you keep sending bottles… Not only do you keep sending bottles that nobody ordered and keep charging my checking account but they don't work. I did not lose one single pound in 2 months taking these I'm getting so frustrated I'm going to go talk to a lawyer
