Awesome Experience! I traded in my old iPad Pro 12.9 inch 1st gen for a like new 6th gen and it was flawless! I got a great deal, Simple Cell was very accommodating and the process was seamless. The new iPad I got was like-new condition however I don't think whoever had it before me ever even turned it on! 5/5 thanks Simple Cell!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Bought a Note 10 from them and the phone will not accept or make calls. Piece of junk from a piece of junk scam company. Stay away!
