USSent me used cases instead of new I ordered 30 pieces of Verizon Folio case for Galaxy Book in New condition on December 6th and delivered on December 8th, 2020. Upon delivery, it was noted that all 30 pieces had significant scratches and scuffs. SimpleCell was contacted the same day and notified of the problem. They asked for pictures which were provided and told me to wipe off the cases. I notified them of the damage again and they refused to accept responsibility or provide a return shipping label. They claim that the damage is not significant enough to warrant a prepaid shipping label. I asked for a manager escalation and was called on the phone by someone who was extremely rude. This person accused me of lying and said that there was nothing wrong with the product and I was making it all up. They refuse to tell me the name of the person I spoke to, but based on other reviews it was probably David Canada Jr. I had to file a claim via my payment provider and got my full money back. They also charge a PayPal fee surcharge during checkout which is prohibited by PayPal’s user agreement. TLDR: Customer service is terrible, escalate through your bank if you want your money back.
