GBI have made several attempts to reach… I have made several attempts to reach customer service to cancel my recurring order for product. Waiting on hold until my only option is to leave a message and a rep will call back when available. This never happens. I tried sending a message through "Contact us" and still no response.

GBI was charged for a subscription but… I was charged for a subscription but this product is not working for me. So I call customer service to cancel, the representative was telling me to try it out and give an honest review. I tried it out and it's not working for me. I took it with foods; I felt like vomiting. I took it with out foods; I felt like I having a stroke. Too bad, customer service was good, but product is not working for me. Now, I get a charged for subscription. I will call asap to cancelled this product.

CADON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS… DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!! This is such a scam. I tried 3x to cancel my order but it continues to arrive and I keep being billed. Now I will have to cancel my credit card and that will stop it. What a pain. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!!

GBI purchased 2 items from dietspotlight… I purchased 2 items from dietspotlight and after almost 2 months, still have not received the purchased items. Good luck getting in contact with this company. Despite leaving 3 messages and sending 3 emails, no response. I had to file fraudulent charges on my payment. I do not recommend using this site!
