GBCustomer service is as good as the product! Michael is the absolute best customer service rep! He is dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals and he goes the extra mile to encourage people to never give up. GBIf I could rate this no stars I would If I could rate this no stars I would. Did the 2 week trial. Was unaware of the charge that hits you if you don't cancel in time. You call them and their unsympathetic. First off your product doesn't work. Second your company just wants a way to steal people's money, by putting up fake reviews. So people believe that your product works! Don't believe anything you read on the website or any where else. Also lastly I noticed only two people work in the customer service department based on the reviews I saw. I say that's rather suspicious as well.

GBI was charged for a subscription but… I was charged for a subscription but this product is not working for me. So I call customer service to cancel, the representative was telling me to try it out and give an honest review. I tried it out and it's not working for me. I took it with foods; I felt like vomiting. I took it with out foods; I felt like I having a stroke. Too bad, customer service was good, but product is not working for me. Now, I get a charged for subscription. I will call asap to cancelled this product.
