GBIf I could rate this no stars I would If I could rate this no stars I would. Did the 2 week trial. Was unaware of the charge that hits you if you don't cancel in time. You call them and their unsympathetic. First off your product doesn't work. Second your company just wants a way to steal people's money, by putting up fake reviews. So people believe that your product works! Don't believe anything you read on the website or any where else. Also lastly I noticed only two people work in the customer service department based on the reviews I saw. I say that's rather suspicious as well.

GBI have made several attempts to reach… I have made several attempts to reach customer service to cancel my recurring order for product. Waiting on hold until my only option is to leave a message and a rep will call back when available. This never happens. I tried sending a message through "Contact us" and still no response.

GBSCAM - BEWARE!!! SCAM - BEWARE I have being trying to contact them for over 2 months to cancel and they continually take money from my account even though I cancelled within the cool off period!! They have been in contact via email to extend a trial but as soon as it comes to cancellation no response! To make it even worse no product has come through for what they have charged me for. Requested a refund, no answer, requested cancellation no answer!!! Please do not fall for it and the fake good reviews. If there were zero stars that’s how this experience would be rated

GBI was charged for a subscription but… I was charged for a subscription but this product is not working for me. So I call customer service to cancel, the representative was telling me to try it out and give an honest review. I tried it out and it's not working for me. I took it with foods; I felt like vomiting. I took it with out foods; I felt like I having a stroke. Too bad, customer service was good, but product is not working for me. Now, I get a charged for subscription. I will call asap to cancelled this product.
