GBI have made several attempts to reach… I have made several attempts to reach customer service to cancel my recurring order for product. Waiting on hold until my only option is to leave a message and a rep will call back when available. This never happens. I tried sending a message through "Contact us" and still no response.

GBSCAM - BEWARE!!! SCAM - BEWARE I have being trying to contact them for over 2 months to cancel and they continually take money from my account even though I cancelled within the cool off period!! They have been in contact via email to extend a trial but as soon as it comes to cancellation no response! To make it even worse no product has come through for what they have charged me for. Requested a refund, no answer, requested cancellation no answer!!! Please do not fall for it and the fake good reviews. If there were zero stars that’s how this experience would be rated

GBDo Not Order from Their Site(s) Tried ordering their Boost product from them through the website, but never received an order confirmation email. I emailed them 3 times, called two different numbers for them (both are disconnected)... nothing. Not sure why they have an active order form online if they're no longer monitoring the site. The product is great, which is why I attempted to contact them. I had to dispute the charge since nothing was received. I would rather have the product though...

GBCustomer service is as good as the product! Michael is the absolute best customer service rep! He is dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals and he goes the extra mile to encourage people to never give up. The product is effective if you stick to it and the customer support team is there to help, every step of the way. I'm restarting today! Thanks Michael!!
