GBI am on my fifth bottle of Unabis CBD… I am on my fifth bottle of Unabis CBD gummies. I have not received any relief of pain and discomfort from the severe arthritis that I have. I am so disappointed for what I paid for this product.

GBFraudulent ordering system followed by ZERO Customer Service Received an email advertisement, decided to try and went to website for the buy 3 get 2 free at $39.95/bottle. Order process went through several "Bonus Buy" iterations- after having to input credit card info. Confirmation page was an order for 11 bottle and a charge of $439.45!!! My phone was ringing before I even finished reading the confirmation page. A Unabis rep was calling to tell me about all the benefits I was about to receive. When I explained the charge, he did listen, but his every response was the benefits were worth it. When I told him that it has only been literally seconds since the order was placed to please correct it. His response was that I could return any unused product. I told him to either correct the order now or I would cancel the order through the credit card. He hung up! Product may work, may not, but I would not trust this company on inch!

GBVery unhappy about this company, Unabis After waiting 60 days to return five un-opened CBD gummies the company said they received the order and were refunding my money. It has not arrived in my bank account after seven weeks since they said they sent the refund, and during seven different conversations I have been continually told that my bank is at fault. I've talked to my bank three times . . it has never been received. Because I have never in 20 years of banking with my bank have I ever had this problem, I am left with feeling that this company has never sent the money. They are currently ignoring my emails. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company and would never recommend to anyone doing business with them. The CBD gummies never did what they were advertised to do, the support team is very difficult to reach, and when I do reach them they give me the same run-around saying my bank is at fault. As a result, they have their CBD gummies and my money, and have not been helpful in resolving this complaint.
