Great prices and service. I have ordered from East Coast TVs a couple of times now. Their prices are excellent and they also provide great service. I remember with my first order, it was a gift for my mom, so the address didn't match; but, they called to check everything out and got it to her, which was very much appreciated since they were concerned about credit card fraud. Of course, the item arrived and everything was great. That was a receiver and I've just ordered a new receiver for myself from them -- best price ever, too.

LG OLED TV I just ordered an LG OLED65E6P (2016 model). I realize it is being phased out but the fact that LG will not support 3D on future models means that I want this TV. East Cost TV's price is excellent; I'll see how the transaction goes and update my review in the future.

Worst online shopping experience I've never had Vendor promised to ship within 1-2 days, delivery within 7-10 days. It's now Day-16. I've emailed twice and called 7 times. All customer service reps keep telling me the same unkept promises "it'll ship today or tomorrow the latest". Manager (whose name shall be redacted to protect his or her privacy) refused to process refund. Had to get dispute it with my credit card company. Still waiting for credit to show up in my account, and still no delivery or tracking.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS THE… NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT USE TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE STAND THAT CAME WITH THE TV. I HAVE TRIED TO GET A NEW LG OLED SITE SAYS IT'S IN STOCK BUT ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED IT STAYS IN PROCESSING FOR A WEEK OR SO THEN GET'S CANCELLED. THEY HAVE NO TV IN STOCK EVERY TIME YOU THEY WANT YOU TO CALL BACK IN 2 WEEKS AND THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN UNTIL YOU STOP CALLING. ALSO YOU WILL HEAR OUR WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED BUT THE DATE AND TIME OF THE SITE IS CORRECT
