SCAM! Ordered our elliptical & charged to paypal credit. Nobody at the company could ever give us a tracking # or shipping date. Website is now down.

Fraudulent Website Purchased a treadmill and received a used and broken treadmill. I was told that it originally shipped to another customer. Now the website is down and the phone numbers are no longer in service. I've been dealing with Alex for almost 5 months now trying to get working treadmill. This must be a fraudulent company. I'm disputing with PayPal but they will only continue the dispute if more people submit complaints about this company. Please submit complaints to PayPal if you've had problems with this company even if you didn't purchase through PayPal.

CardioAddicts.com/ Bradley Peterson/ Alex ???? FRAUDULENT / SCUM This guy is scum. As others have said, his new company cardioaddicts.com, is based on deceptive and fraudulent practices. He is now working with Bradley Peterson that practices the same corrupt business ethics. Do not buy from them. They will promise resolution of your issues, and try and postpone you as long as possible. They hope you will get frustrated and give up. File complaints with your local Attorney General, California AG, the FTC, the BBB, etc. I am in the process of filing a small claims case in California against these morons. I may not get resolution but I will attempt to force these guys out of business. They will pop up again, but I will not make it easy for them.

No Delivery After 7 Weeks, Terrible Customer Service I was impressed with the prices on the Cardio Sales website and ended up purchasing a $2500 elliptical. First, the machine they had was broken. Then, it went to another customer. These two things wouldn't have been terrible if it hadn't been for the total lack of customer service. The salesperson, Alex, never replied to ANY of my emails or phone calls. I had chase him down, only to get one of his many excuses immediatley followed by empty promises. On one occassion, I called several times to no avail. I had an idea to call from my fiances phone number. Of course he picked up, which confirmed that he had been dodging me. Today, after almost 7 weeks, I called the customer service line only to be hung up on. Since Alex had refused to refund my money, I am going through my bank to dispute the charge.
