Fields not visible when printing Fields not visible when printing. You fill in the forms. On the screen everything looks OK. Then you save the pdf and want to print. The fields are blank. The same time the field's contents are visible in a pdf viewer. Obviously they set the field properties to visible but not printable. This is an annoying, idi@tic setting. If you try to upload the pdf, to edit again, they say your 2 tasks are up. Try next day.

I am sure the product itself is great for those who need it, but whatever you do, do not sign up for the free trial. Either pay for it outright if you truly confirmed you need it or do not use it at all. I signed up for a free trial in November of 2023 to find out if what they offered would suit my boss' needs and they charged me because there is literally no way to cancel the trial on their site. I'm in the midst of disputing the charge, and it's now almost 2024! It's not just $20 either. I hope they are good at what they do because they're certainly sucky at customer service.
