Be careful! Atrocious experience. Had an engineer come in and barge through my house. I asked him how long he would take, and he screamed at me calling me racist, and that I should be quiet as I only ‘rent’ my property. Started recording me without permission, the director told me that the engineer doesn’t have to talk to me, it’s not his job and agreed that I was racist and misogynistic. I’ve never experienced such a disgraceful encounter with someone in my property and the lack of acknowledgement is crazy.

The delivery guy installed a torn dryer… The delivery guy installed a torn dryer duct hose and used an inadequate clamp for the dryer side connection. The hose had fallen off the dryer exhaust which I noticed after my laundry room kept feeling too hot and humid. Luckily the tears were close to the end of the hose so I cut 3 inches off and installed a proper dryer hose clamp. Also, it was raining all day and the guy didn't have foot covers for walking through carpet. I asked about it and he was not concerned. Everything works now just a questionable start.
