GBThe shipping was 10 days BUT The shipping was great only took 10 days but the battery does not hold up unless the charger is connected. I really wish the battery would have work. I submitted a return application and have yet heard from anyone. It’s best to buy an original equipment manufacturer battery for your laptop.

GBThe battery isn’t charging at all The battery isn’t charging at all. I now have to keep my laptop constantly plugged in. The battery remains at 0%, even when plugged in constantly.

GBBattery stopped responding Battery stopped responding, no help, no return, no warranty. Ive tried multiple times to request assistance and you have my order number. But no response to email or request for refund, or live chat. I'll gladly remove negative review, when i see a refund. Red light battery suddenly stopped responding to charge. Original battery still functional.
