The WhatsApp number is very responsive… The WhatsApp number is very responsive and kind. I'm excited to receive my order. Edit: I just received them, the shipping took a bit; however it was just the carrier's responsibility. Overall the Airpods Pro are great. 4/28/2024: After 6 months, these Air Pods have held up great. I have dropped them many times but they have only slightly scuffed. The audio quality is just as good as when I bought them.

Purchased, never received product, no customer service… I purchased 2 pair of earbuds (order #955). Have never received a confirmation email with tracking number. No way to reach the company. It’s been 3 weeks. Not sure what to do other than leave this review.
