Order handled rapidly; battery Works Order handled rapidly and battery arrived by USPS mail. Box comes totally wrapped in brownish tape that made it tough to figure out how to open the box. The battery came with 2 small screwdrivers that are used on opening the computer (another tough task aided by Youtube videos). Changing to the new battery was straight forward after the computer bottom was removed which is another issue completely, but one battery retention screw decided to fight back. The laptop is charging properly and the Dell software reports that the battery has 3 hours and 31 minutes of operation time. A real test will be how long this battery lasts compared to the original Dell-supplied battery (about 5 years). UPDATE: After changing the power profile for better battery life, Dell battery software reported 5 hours and 15 minutes of battery life.
