Not impressed with after sales service I have arthritis in my right thumb and wrist and I explained this to the Doctor and said I needed something for the pain. I was advised by the Dr that if I have the oil with THC it can be detected I could not afford to lose my job or drivers license so on the Drs recommendation I went for the oil with turpins. Unfortunately it did not work at all I still have the same level of pain. I contacted the Dr and was advised I needed the stronger one with THC ( obviously he didn’t look at my notes) for $450. I had just paid $350 for the oil that was useless. When I replied I couldnt afford to spend that much again there was a long silence. No offer of a sample of trying to help me through this. Not your best option: This company does not have your medical welfare as it's priority..... I have been waiting well over a week since payment for product...if I hadn't chased them up I would still be wondering where it is. They waited over 4 days to put in for TGA approval. Having 100s of dollars off me it's hard to go somewhere else. They have you over a barrel. The first time was way faster than anytime since. Still waiting
