Exactly what I wanted. -

I shopped at SHOPHENTONS for the first… I shopped at SHOPHENTONS for the first time. I placed an order for the wrong item because the description was misleading so I had to return the product and reorder the correct product. All went through fine as independent events. I received credit for the product and shipping cost. I only had to paid for the return shipping cost on the original order. The help I received to complete the correct order was very good. It may have been more efficient to just send me the correct product as replacements rather than placing a new order. Any way all went well.

Got the wrong item but it is currently being resolved (hopefully) I would love it if you put more effort into checking if the order is correct before shipment and if an item is low in stock or is being exchanged for something similar I would like it if I were given a heads up before hand! I have recently received the wrong item in the mail and I am waiting for a response from customer service. Other than that I am quite satisfied with this website and I will be using it more often in the future!
