Misleading information Ordered product on Dec 13 and no where did it indicated say it was in US funds. Notice it as soon as i confirmed the order. I immediate sent an email cancelling the order, 2 days later my account was debited with thee Canadian equivalent after i received an email that the order had been cancelled. They also put another charge on Dec 2. Ordered and Cancelled on Dec 13 as of today still no refund. CAUTION when dealing with this company.

I ordered from them for Black Friday I ordered from them for Black Friday, I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free. They charged me for a 4th that I did not order. I'm thinking 🤔 okay I was careful but maybe I made a mistake. So spent $159. 2 weeks passed and so I contact them saying hey what's going on where's my product. They give me the tracking information and turns out it's still in Hong Kong somewhere. It's been going thru China mailing system. Anyhow fast forward....I just got the product yesterday and I ordered on Black Friday. Excited I open it and sample it...it sweet, like super sweet. I am furious! I contact customer service telling them I want the hassle free 30 days refund. They tell me I can keep the product and they will refund me 15%. I persist I do not want this garbage and want my money back. They basically come back with me with a choice. Saying the product MUST be sent back to its place of origin to get a full refund. Basically I gotta send it to China. And the way he explained it doesn't seem like I will get my money back. I can do that process and risk it or keep the product with a 20% refund. Meaning I should keep this garbage and try taking it. It's from China and I have lived in China and I know how a lot of companies are not keen on caring about the health and well-being of consumers. So I know this is likely not even safe to take. Do not buy from this company they are scammers.

Waiting 2 months for delivery Waiting 2 months for delivery. Very vague answers when I emailed customer service. Just 2 days ago, I received an email… good news my order is out for delivery. I tracked the order…. No delivery date and it was out for delivery in a completely different city than where I live. They took my money same days 2 months ago. If I ever receive this product it is already over 2 months old. The company refuses to acknowledge my request for a refund. Beware.

They got me good I purchased this product. I figured I would give these guys a chance but when I got the product. It was not what it seemed to be or what they said. It was, it actually tastes like the Royal. Honey to me and being that this is my first time ever using it. I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like. But now I know that it was not supposed to taste like that. So buyer beware, make sure you do your research on the companies that you send money to I have not tried to get a refund or anything after reading all of the other comments. I'm just gonna take it as a L. But if we are able to get a lawsuit for false advertising that I am all in. I hope this helps.

Criminals Unfortunately I can't give this company a zero as it won't allow me to do so. Look at the other reviews on here they are absolutely truthful this company is bogus and full of deception. Their product is quite frankly molasses do not get fooled by this company that says they are selling shilajit. How do these scammers continually stay in our system when they're Crooks.
