Would not use again!! We ordered a cooker through this website. It was only £80 cheaper than elsewhere but was ex display stock. We were given a delivery date of a Friday. Cut to Friday morning we get a phone call. Its the guy who owns the company. Telling us he turned the cooker on this morning and two hobs aren't working. Do we want to swap for a different model for same price. We say ok. He then says delivery now won't be for a whole week. The courier is horrendous and don't show the first week. So another week goes by. He tells me "these things do happen" they don't. Not if you know hwo to run a company. Which me and my husband do. So eventually 3 weeks after ordering the cooker it arrives. The couriers can't get it through the front door, my husband did by himself but they couldn't. Turn the cooker on, light bulb is out in one of the ovens. Oh an apparently were getting a £50 refund for delivery? Haven't seen that yet so that's not going to happen. Honestly a horrendous company. You're better off buying from an ebay seller for refurb or ex display at least ebay can step in and help you. This company does not care about customer service. They made a hard situation so much harder. Will never use again and doubt we will ever see our refund.***UPDATE*** 4 weeks later, an oven door has fallen off and appears to have been glued on by the company and one of the 2 ovens no longer works. You couldn't make this up. Still to receive refund for delivery....
