USPhone did not work properly Phone did not work properly. Apple said the glass interface was probably defective and not reactive to touch as it should be. The phone was sold to me not in a workable condition. I had to get another one.

USThe phone did not work when I brought… The phone did not work when I brought to the cellphone store. Not compatible with the US Cellular network. Hence the low rating. It would have been a 1 star rating except.....Smarter Phone issued me a full refund after I shipped the product back to them. So their customer service gets a 5 star rating for standing behind their product. On the whole, 3 stars. I am going to buy my next phone from the cell phone company.

USHad I been given a 0 star option I… Had I been given a 0 star option I would have used it. I've been waiting for over a month for a response to a question I had regarding a return I need to make. Now I can't find contact number I needed. It's been very unsatisfactory.
