No unlock since the 16.10 they made me wait 6 days for a unlock and never happened , they change the price randomly, telling me at@t is down world wide but still doing unlocks for other higher paying clients buyer beware if you wanna waste your time purchase your unlock from them I have got the same situation... But for information, I've been refund.

Still waiting... Was told that my unlock will be delivered to me in 1-5 days a month ago but still no unlock. Every email inquiry sent was replied with an automated message saying they're still working on it. I would try another company before trying this one for unlocks.

Legit, had doubts at first. Quick service, satisfied! Unlocked two phones, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4. Unlocks were delivered within 3-5 business days and service is very quick. I removed the AT&T SIM and replaced the SIM with T-Mobile however it still showed as No Service. You have to connect the phone to the internet, then just plug the phone in and have iTunes recognize it in order for the unlock to finalize. After that update your carrier settings. Amazing and will always do business with them for every AT&T iPhone unlock.

WARNING!!! THIS SITE IS SCAM WARNING!!! Ordered unlock service on AT&T iphone 5s. Three days latter received an email said IMEI Not Found. I ordered another unlock service on ebay for less than a dollar and they did unlock my phone in couple hours. This guy is a real scammer and cheater on his customers. I strongly suggest NOT using this site unless you want to loose $$$

Pointless All this does is submit against the AT&T site, I had a phone that AT&T wouldn't unlock if you went to their site, they said it was 'not found', but I confirmed it was locked by AT&T - what not found means is that it won't unlock via the free unlock by AT&T. Just go to AT&T's URL to unlock the phone, if that doesn't work, this won't either.
