GBBatteries nicely packed. Batteries nicely packed in individual little boxes. They had not been charged for a while though. All were about 3.5 volts. Really quite dead. I have always read that LiNiMnCoO2 chemistry cells should be stored at about 40% SoC or about 3.65 to 3.7V. Perhaps in long term storage the voltage range is lower. Some air shipment rules also specify lower SoC. I'll give them a full charge, and run a discharge test. Thanks for the good service.
