GBPoor delivery The wrong item was delivered to me and it was sent without any padding or protection in the box. It was sent in a box too big for the item and I'm sure it was rattling around during shipment. For electronics I can't imagine the damage that is done on a regular basis with this careless shipping method

GBI ordered something that they didn’t have. I ordered something that they didn’t have in stock but it said they did when I ordered it. Was not made aware of this until days later.
