GBPurchased the program and after the a… Purchased the program and after the a week decided to cancel it as it wasn’t making me feel very well. Reached out to the customer service team, who asked me the reason why, when they have a no question asked policy. Asked for a refund, but since then radio silence. No one answers anymore. And they keep targeting me with their stupid ads. So no don’t purchase the program, you can find good free alternatives or better programs online.

GBOrdered what I thought was a one-time… Ordered what I thought was a one-time purchase of the protein powder and pdf of book. Never received book. They then shipped me another three packages without authorization $132. Returned at a cost of $22 for shipping on 6/28/23. No refund. Called today - shipment was received by them on 6/30/23. Only now are they refunding me because I called them! Sketchy company.

DKDVDs are good, protein powder really sweet I didn't sign up for any of the extras. Got the DVDs and like using them. I also ordered the Vanilla Metabolic Super Protein powder and unfortunately think it is WAY TOO SWEET in taste (stevia).

GBI ordered the DVD’s and protein powder… I ordered the DVD’s and protein powder then during the onboarding call, was convinced by Carver to get another bag of protein and their OMEGA 3 product. It took two solid weeks with hold times exceeding (yes, exceeding) 2:58. I also sent 3 emails & went into chat and despite my formal cancelation, they still placed a third order! Ive returned everything and product was received and signed for. It’s now 2 months and I’ve yet to receive anything! No communication indicating an issue or anything else. Shame on me for not doing a better job researching this company. Honestly I don’t believe they have customer service or a real support team. I’m out over $300.00 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. Ordering this was a stretch to my budget and who knows if I’ll ever get a response! HELP! this just isn’t right.

GBThe products are fine The products are fine, nothing special and very ezpensive. Then they automatically sign you up for a subscription wellness club that is $90/mo autopay required...didn't catch the charges in time to cancel. Horrible waste of money.
