I’m waiting right now to talk to a supervisor as “Patrick” (who tells me that he is in South Africa) will only agree to send an RMA label to return an “auto order” dated 12/2/2023, containing 1 bag of the protein shake a 2 week supply, and 3 bottles of their “Spark metabolic capsules” a 3 month supply This is the first contact I have had with a callback from their customer support phone number. I was up sold for a 3month supply by an aggressive sales person. I was sent and charged for a 7 month supply on 9/3/2023. I have been trying to get a return call from the Metabolic Living Customer Support since September. I was on hold for 17 minutes waiting for an American supervisor but was told I will get a call back from such a person in the future. I’m not holding my breath!

2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... Ordered what I thought was a one-time… Ordered what I thought was a one-time purchase of the protein powder and pdf of book. Never received book. They then shipped me another three packages without authorization $132. Returned at a cost of $22 for shipping on 6/28/23. No refund. Called today - shipment was received by them on 6/30/23. Only now are they refunding me because I called them! Sketchy company.

Remarkable improvement… I have noticed a remarkable improvement in knee pain since taking the Super Protein after about 10 days. Nothing else is any different so it must be the product. No pain killers required for the last few days

They kept taking the money, and sending nothing! I'm just glad I checked when I did. Hopefully they will refund it.
