AUAn absolute scam An absolute scam! I was looking at this product, got forced to watch several videos and then gave up and exited. Never did I finalise a shopping cart but sure enough- the next day I had charges on my PayPal account. I contacted them and immediately cancelled, even though I never bought, but due to their lack of action, product was shipped to me and I had to pay to return. Abdul rely disgusted by this company. Do not buy!!!

GBSCAM Ordered in August. Very careful not to sign up for subscription, but November 7th a 309.00 charge to my card for auto subscription. Today makes the eighth phone call to get a refund. Never received the product to be able to return merchandise. SCAM!!!! They blame UPS and UPS blames them 23 days trying to get a refund. Update was told today I can’t get a refund until I return the product that they know because UPS has confirmed I never received.

GBThe products are fine The products are fine, nothing special and very ezpensive. Then they automatically sign you up for a subscription wellness club that is $90/mo autopay required...didn't catch the charges in time to cancel. Horrible waste of money.

GBI’m currently on hold after trying to… I’m currently on hold after trying to get through to a human on their Customer Support phone # since September. I’m waiting right now to talk to a supervisor as “Patrick” (who tells me that he is in South Africa) will only agree to send an RMA label to return an “auto order” dated 12/2/2023, containing 1 bag of the protein shake a 2 week supply, and 3 bottles of their “Spark metabolic capsules” a 3 month supply This is the first contact I have had with a callback from their customer support phone number. I was up sold for a 3month supply by an aggressive sales person. I was sent and charged for a 7 month supply on 9/3/2023. I have been trying to get a return call from the Metabolic Living Customer Support since September. I was on hold for 17 minutes waiting for an American supervisor but was told I will get a call back from such a person in the future. I’m not holding my breath!

GBSo far, so good So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!
