GB2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... GBGreat Customer Service and Good Information I bought the online version and received emails to set up my "onboarding" session. After waiting two times with no phone call, I decided to ask for a refund, I called the number on my email confirmation and received great customer service and my refund. While I was waiting for Nick to process my refund, I read some of the blog on the website. There is good information there, worth a read. If I feel I need a coach, I may try again.

GBSo far, so good So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!

GBOrdered what I thought was a one-time… Ordered what I thought was a one-time purchase of the protein powder and pdf of book. Never received book. They then shipped me another three packages without authorization $132. Returned at a cost of $22 for shipping on 6/28/23. No refund. Called today - shipment was received by them on 6/30/23. Only now are they refunding me because I called them! Sketchy company.
