2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... This is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever. I have been calling to get a return authorization number and sat on hold for and hour. They say leave a phone number and they will call you back but never call. Their product doesn’t work. Where is the Better Business Bureau during all if this. All I’ve read so far are terrible reviews for this Scam Comoany

Great Customer Service and Good Information I bought the online version and received emails to set up my "onboarding" session. After waiting two times with no phone call, I decided to ask for a refund, I called the number on my email confirmation and received great customer service and my refund. While I was waiting for Nick to process my refund, I read some of the blog on the website. There is good information there, worth a read. If I feel I need a coach, I may try again.

SCAM Ordered in August. Very careful not to sign up for subscription, but November 7th a 309.00 charge to my card for auto subscription. Today makes the eighth phone call to get a refund. Never received the product to be able to return merchandise. SCAM!!!! They blame UPS and UPS blames them 23 days trying to get a refund. Update was told today I can’t get a refund until I return the product that they know because UPS has confirmed I never received.

Remarkable improvement… I have noticed a remarkable improvement in knee pain since taking the Super Protein after about 10 days. Nothing else is any different so it must be the product. No pain killers required for the last few days
