2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... Awful Customer Service Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Dr Jade...it's a SCAM SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They called to confirm order/payment and I was then double billed on my order, annnnd additional charges the next day that we're not even relevant amounts to coincide with my original purchase. When confronting the double bill, they already had an email ready for "glitch in the system, but we're working on it" that auto responded when I addressed the issue via email. Coincidence or frequent occurrence? I had people contacting me left and right via text, email and phone trying to "move forward" with more product until I confronted the scam. Now I can't reach anyone and am getting zero responses on email. Buyer beware, I should have checked reviews, they got me.

DVDs are good, protein powder really sweet I didn't sign up for any of the extras. Got the DVDs and like using them. I also ordered the Vanilla Metabolic Super Protein powder and unfortunately think it is WAY TOO SWEET in taste (stevia).

This is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever. I have been calling to get a return authorization number and sat on hold for and hour. They say leave a phone number and they will call you back but never call. Their product doesn’t work. Where is the Better Business Bureau during all if this. All I’ve read so far are terrible reviews for this Scam Comoany
