For those who want to see the begining of the interesting part and the list of the 5 foods, just skip to 25m 45 . This offer seems great and i was tempted but I never give out personel details or credit card information until im 100% sure its not a scam. Still not sure if its genuine, would be nice to have real feedback on this. Also it says its digital but shows pictures of books so im curious to know if this is genuine ? personally I would prefere paper than digital

DVDs are good, protein powder really sweet I didn't sign up for any of the extras. Got the DVDs and like using them. I also ordered the Vanilla Metabolic Super Protein powder and unfortunately think it is WAY TOO SWEET in taste (stevia).

Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... I’m waiting right now to talk to a supervisor as “Patrick” (who tells me that he is in South Africa) will only agree to send an RMA label to return an “auto order” dated 12/2/2023, containing 1 bag of the protein shake a 2 week supply, and 3 bottles of their “Spark metabolic capsules” a 3 month supply This is the first contact I have had with a callback from their customer support phone number. I was up sold for a 3month supply by an aggressive sales person. I was sent and charged for a 7 month supply on 9/3/2023. I have been trying to get a return call from the Metabolic Living Customer Support since September. I was on hold for 17 minutes waiting for an American supervisor but was told I will get a call back from such a person in the future. I’m not holding my breath!
