So far, so good So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!

Doesn't honor returns keeps your $… Placed order decided to return got label sent it back waited for refund..it never came. Emailed 4xs with no answer!! Awful Customer Service Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

This is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever. I have been calling to get a return authorization number and sat on hold for and hour. They say leave a phone number and they will call you back but never call. Their product doesn’t work. Where is the Better Business Bureau during all if this. I found the video takes too long to get… I found the video takes too long to get to the point aswell, some experience and details are obvisouly usefull but this was really too long . For those who want to see the begining of the interesting part and the list of the 5 foods, just skip to 25m 45 . This offer seems great and i was tempted but I never give out personel details or credit card information until im 100% sure its not a scam. Still not sure if its genuine, would be nice to have real feedback on this. Also it says its digital but shows pictures of books so im curious to know if this is genuine ? personally I would prefere paper than digital
