Ordered what I thought was a one-time… Ordered what I thought was a one-time purchase of the protein powder and pdf of book. Never received book. They then shipped me another three packages without authorization $132. Returned at a cost of $22 for shipping on 6/28/23. No refund. Called today - shipment was received by them on 6/30/23. Only now are they refunding me because I called them! Sketchy company.

SCAM Ordered in August. Very careful not to sign up for subscription, but November 7th a 309.00 charge to my card for auto subscription. Today makes the eighth phone call to get a refund. Never received the product to be able to return merchandise. SCAM!!!! They blame UPS and UPS blames them 23 days trying to get a refund. Update was told today I can’t get a refund until I return the product that they know because UPS has confirmed I never received.

Reached out to the customer service team, who asked me the reason why, when they have a no question asked policy. Asked for a refund, but since then radio silence. No one answers anymore. And they keep targeting me with their stupid ads. So no don’t purchase the program, you can find good free alternatives or better programs online.

They kept taking the money, and sending nothing! I'm just glad I checked when I did. Hopefully they will refund it.

2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet...
