GBPurchased the program and after the a… Purchased the program and after the a week decided to cancel it as it wasn’t making me feel very well. Reached out to the customer service team, who asked me the reason why, when they have a no question asked policy. Asked for a refund, but since then radio silence. No one answers anymore. And they keep targeting me with their stupid ads. So no don’t purchase the program, you can find good free alternatives or better programs online.

GBDr Jade...it's a SCAM SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They called to confirm order/payment and I was then double billed on my order, annnnd additional charges the next day that we're not even relevant amounts to coincide with my original purchase. When confronting the double bill, they already had an email ready for "glitch in the system, but we're working on it" that auto responded when I addressed the issue via email. Coincidence or frequent occurrence? I had people contacting me left and right via text, email and phone trying to "move forward" with more product until I confronted the scam. Now I can't reach anyone and am getting zero responses on email. Buyer beware, I should have checked reviews, they got me.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM. I looked at one of these videos but soon realised it was a massive scam up-selling product on product. They prey on your emotions and weaknesses. Very clever. I stopped watching the ridiculously long videos only to find they had taken $40 from my bank account without me EVER HAVING AUTHORISED PAYMENT. I emailed demanding a refund. They stalled and tried to get me to call their refunds team the day after. I threatened legal action and told them they had committed fraud. The money was miraculously refunded immediately. What a gross waste of my time.78% 1star reviews!! Yet they only reply to the rare positive reviews🤣They deserve to go bust.

GBI ordered the DVD’s and protein powder… I ordered the DVD’s and protein powder then during the onboarding call, was convinced by Carver to get another bag of protein and their OMEGA 3 product. It took two solid weeks with hold times exceeding (yes, exceeding) 2:58. I also sent 3 emails & went into chat and despite my formal cancelation, they still placed a third order! Ive returned everything and product was received and signed for. It’s now 2 months and I’ve yet to receive anything! No communication indicating an issue or anything else. Shame on me for not doing a better job researching this company. Honestly I don’t believe they have customer service or a real support team. I’m out over $300.00 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. Ordering this was a stretch to my budget and who knows if I’ll ever get a response! HELP! this just isn’t right.

GBSCAM Ordered in August. Very careful not to sign up for subscription, but November 7th a 309.00 charge to my card for auto subscription. Today makes the eighth phone call to get a refund. Never received the product to be able to return merchandise. SCAM!!!! They blame UPS and UPS blames them 23 days trying to get a refund. Update was told today I can’t get a refund until I return the product that they know because UPS has confirmed I never received.
