So far, so good So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!

Awful Customer Service Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Ordered what I thought was a one-time… Ordered what I thought was a one-time purchase of the protein powder and pdf of book. Never received book. They then shipped me another three packages without authorization $132. Returned at a cost of $22 for shipping on 6/28/23. No refund. Called today - shipment was received by them on 6/30/23. Only now are they refunding me because I called them! Sketchy company.

An absolute scam An absolute scam! I was looking at this product, got forced to watch several videos and then gave up and exited. Never did I finalise a shopping cart but sure enough- the next day I had charges on my PayPal account. I contacted them and immediately cancelled, even though I never bought, but due to their lack of action, product was shipped to me and I had to pay to return. Abdul rely disgusted by this company. Do not buy!!!

I ordered the DVD’s and protein powder… I ordered the DVD’s and protein powder then during the onboarding call, was convinced by Carver to get another bag of protein and their OMEGA 3 product. It took two solid weeks with hold times exceeding (yes, exceeding) 2:58. I also sent 3 emails & went into chat and despite my formal cancelation, they still placed a third order! Ive returned everything and product was received and signed for. It’s now 2 months and I’ve yet to receive anything! No communication indicating an issue or anything else. Shame on me for not doing a better job researching this company. Honestly I don’t believe they have customer service or a real support team. I’m out over $300.00 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. Ordering this was a stretch to my budget and who knows if I’ll ever get a response! HELP! this just isn’t right.
