SHADY COMPANY This company refuses to refund me and keeps charging my card even though I signed up for a ONE time purchase. I’ve sent numerous requests, and had to go through my credit card. What a piece of joke this company is.

Purchased the program and after the a… Purchased the program and after the a week decided to cancel it as it wasn’t making me feel very well. Reached out to the customer service team, who asked me the reason why, when they have a no question asked policy. Asked for a refund, but since then radio silence. No one answers anymore. And they keep targeting me with their stupid ads. So no don’t purchase the program, you can find good free alternatives or better programs online.

They say leave a phone number and they will call you back but never call. Their product doesn’t work. Where is the Better Business Bureau during all if this. $409.04 NO PRODUCT $409.04 NO PRODUCT. DO NOT give them your credit card or payapp information. Especially if you have a terminally ill spouse, and you can't always watch your PayPal account. They kept taking the money, and sending nothing! I'm just glad I checked when I did. Hopefully they will refund it.
