GB2 weeks and no email to… 2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet... GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM. I looked at one of these videos but soon realised it was a massive scam up-selling product on product. They prey on your emotions and weaknesses. Very clever. I stopped watching the ridiculously long videos only to find they had taken $40 from my bank account without me EVER HAVING AUTHORISED PAYMENT. I emailed demanding a refund. They stalled and tried to get me to call their refunds team the day after. I threatened legal action and told them they had committed fraud. The money was miraculously refunded immediately. What a gross waste of my time.78% 1star reviews!! Yet they only reply to the rare positive reviews🤣They deserve to go bust.

CAAwful Customer Service Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

GBSHADY COMPANY This company refuses to refund me and keeps charging my card even though I signed up for a ONE time purchase. I’ve sent numerous requests, and had to go through my credit card. What a piece of joke this company is.

GBI ordered the DVD’s and protein powder… I ordered the DVD’s and protein powder then during the onboarding call, was convinced by Carver to get another bag of protein and their OMEGA 3 product. It took two solid weeks with hold times exceeding (yes, exceeding) 2:58. I also sent 3 emails & went into chat and despite my formal cancelation, they still placed a third order! Ive returned everything and product was received and signed for. It’s now 2 months and I’ve yet to receive anything! No communication indicating an issue or anything else. Shame on me for not doing a better job researching this company. Honestly I don’t believe they have customer service or a real support team. I’m out over $300.00 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. Ordering this was a stretch to my budget and who knows if I’ll ever get a response! HELP! this just isn’t right.
