To sum up my experience with coolme so far… To sum up my experience with coolme so far then I ordered the wired usb-c earbuds where I ordered with express but they got delayed because of a new software update made and the fact that they were out of stock in Germany, I was happy with the fact that they replied relatively quick where they said what the expected time of arrival would be and the amount I payed extra ("express" delivery) got refunded. After some time I got the package where I literally thought the product was completely destroyed because of the box it came in being so squashed. They turned out to be fine inside somehow and actually worked pretty well except for the mic being 2/10 very bad... or well so I thought: I unlugged them after testing them (Stage magic headphones is the name of the product) and they actually stopped working fully, I thought my phone was bugging and restarted but still no luck. I tried to plug them into my pc with usb-c input and it wasn't even like they got recognised anymore. This is something I have never tried before (someting not working in such a short time). I have now requested a full refund and if wanted then I will send them back without paying for the transport etc. (meaning they will pay). The super bass mode was actually decent but the other modes made the headphones sound tinny with unusual EQ. In conclusion I hope other people's experience with these headphones/ earbuds is different because if this is the "Software upgrade" then it means it failed pretty badly (which is obvious). - Jonas
