GBSmooth and easy transaction Sold my iPhone 12 Pro to them and the whole experience was super smooth. Great communication. Sent the phone to them on a Friday and got paid on Tuesday. They are extremely strict in evaluating the condition of your phone, so be forewarned. But I'm not lowering my rating because what they say on their website is exactly how they grade the phone. I would definitely sell my phone or other electronics to them if the opportunity arises.

GBFusion Gadget Labs This co. is fraudulent. I was charged twice for $84.68 & 9.96 for no reason. They hacked my address & KeyBank is investigating dispute. I received nothing. I called twice & received no help. They also use name Trueinsightsystem...another FRAUDULENT co. These amounts were not authorized. I'm turning into our Ohio Attorney General as fraud.

GBCommunication is very good Communication is very good, which is why I enjoyed working with Gadget Lab. Sold them my old iPhone and the experience was good enough for me to do the same with my old iPad. Very helpful. Thanks for making customer service a priority.
