Gadget Lab the Greatest I was hesitant because of the mailing the phones and not seeing anyone face to face and the what if’s. However, Gadget Lab was perfect. I knew when they received the package they emailed within a few hours of getting the package with the offer. My 2nd package my phone was still on the blacklist. They gave me time to clear it and kept inspecting it every time Verizon said they removed it and hadn’t. One of the guys even took time out of his weekend to check the phone for the 3rd time. They paid top dollar which my phones were in cases the whole time I had them. But Gadget Lab was great and went above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone looking for top dollar and took care of their phones. If your phones were never in cases and has scratches all over then u won’t get top dollar. Come on would you pay top dollar for a clearly used phone? Gadget Lab is honest, great payouts, and go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend then

A total rip off A total rip off. After ordering and paying for item, they tell me they can't deliver until I pay $1.95 shipping AND this has to go on a credit card. Pinterest ought to watch what they let advertise!

Do not use this company! Do not use this company!! we bought an xr through them and w/in a couple of days the battery didn't work. We mailed it back and they said that we damaged the phone which is why the battery didn't work. LIES!!!! There was nothing wrong with the phone. Do not use this company
