But in practice, there is no WhatsApp correspondence by design admitted only through email channel. Then, you realize they are not backing product and doing a kind of dog & pony show online to resemble, not fulfill, what their marketing statements promise. In the desert of the real, you will find that once cornered with screen shot capturing that the box is not delivering services as promised, their anonymous CS rep will engage their anonymous "engineer" in order to dismiss the warranty/technical support issue as, "Oh that's just your Internet connection bud, not us, no sir." This is bad practice because if the ISP were to blame, you would have a series of deficit issues effecting all equipment connected to that same access point. This is where your anonymous CS rep punts you out of their so called "12 month warranty" promise with a made up script, a made up engineer, and a made up support center. If you pay attention closely, you will find that the sellers are simply putting product out there on the gamble it will maybe work today. Once your return policy expires there, no warranty exists. It is a group inside Hong Kong with no support capability. If they were in fact supporting product, they would use telephones and real names, not chat portals floating in the ether, capische? So buy at risk and expect no support cause you will not meet anyone honest here, just greedy marketers looking for the next chump to buy their spiel. Beware!

USFollow up of my previous rating This is a follow up from my previous review. Support at Monsterbox has been very willing to make changes to improve tiger replay function. Now virtually all baseball (MLB) and football (NFL) games get recorded in their entirety. sometimes the recording starts in the middle or toward the end of the game and you need to fast forward for awhile to get to the beginning of the game but the entire game is recorded. If they can fix this bug then I will give them a 5 star rating.

USMy wife and I decided to cut the cord… My wife and I decided to cut the cord about 2 years ago. Then we came across this Monster Box and we decided to try it out. Wow am I glad I did so. We watch all the movies we want and we pay nothing at all. Beats Netflix all to heck. We first thought the box was expensive but after getting it and using it, it has saved us a ton of money. Best gadget I own for sure......
