False advertising False advertising, no support, lied to my credit card company to steal my money.

Pre-ordered a keyboard in September and… Pre-ordered a keyboard in September and didn't get it until April. They gave me the wrong components and their customer service is the worst. They take absolutely forever to respond. Highly do not recommend.

Bought multiple things from them, came earlier than expected and was perfect! Bought some switches and a switch tester off there, took only 3 days to come and was in perfect condition! Good products and good service!

Great experience!! Received my keyboard order as it was advertised - on time & great quality! Other negative reviews mentioning the delays should check the Group Buy project fulfillment times instead of blaming the company. The owner provides updates on their Discord server for each project.

Horrible! Horrible! Stay away, they scam you out of your money. Never make their own deadlines, hardly any communication, only to find another reason for a "delay", don't allow refunds.
