USBait and Switch - Dishonest vendor When I purchased a hood, it showed in stock and would ship within four days. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing from the company, I inquired about the status of my order. A week later, I was told it would ship the following week. After almost two months of inquiring for updates, I finally got an email telling me that there was a mistake in the shipping they charged me, and they sent me an additional invoice to pay. Absolute crooks.

USNO FOLLOW THROUGH I bought a range in December and received wrong color. It was white and not stainless though image in order is stainless. I inquired about exchanging since 1/22 and have called and spoken to Raj and Tim 7 times. Have 3 emails from Raj promoting a return carrier pickup and he NEVER follows through. I finally had to log a complaint with my credit card company and called Raj to warn him, and he asked me to withdraw the complaint. As of now I was credited by Chase for fraud protection but Raj still has done nothing to pick up the range. Sadly I liked this company on the buy side and would have gladly paid a return fee and paid more for the stainless range but these guys cannot be trusted to help fix a wrong purchase. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

USGreat customer service!! Raj was so wonderful in helping me with my order. I am a senior citizen and he was very patient and very helpful with me.We need more good citizens like Raj in our world today!!

USRaj made the experience great Raj made the experience great! My local dealer was unable or unwilling to do anything extra. Raj found the unit at the warehouse, made arrangements to get it shipped FREE, and followed up to be sure it all happened. I have left messages on many sites and got nothing but crickets, Raj responded almost immediately and made it clear he was my guy and would resolve the issue my local dealer was not willing to do. These Appliance Guy are great!
