Super rank replacement I bought a zendure supertank power bank via amazon in Nov 22. I began experiencing issues in Jun 23 and contacted their customer service department directly to enquire if my power bank was still under warranty. Grace Huang took my query and resolved within a week. I received a brand new replacement power bank within two weeks. At this point I would like to say that zendure brand of power bank are extremely durable and reliable. My family have three in total with two being almost 4 years old with no problems. No service at all! No service at all! Waited for five (yes 5) month to NOT receive my Solarflow setup. The device was promised several times and delayed even more, my doubts where not answered. In general a no service and happy I received a refund (CC company). I will buy similar hardware with another company as Zendure can NOT be trusted. All info can be proven with all my emails, tracking numbers and money receipts.

Happy but careful. I'm thankful and pleased that I have received my SBV 4600 + battery about a week ago. I haven't installed it or used it yet, because l'm a little concerned about the firmware updates (and others having problems on which versions). I asked for and quickly received my MCA series cable (female) plugs, but they don't match the XT90 (also female) plugs to my 3 - 1000 watt solar panels (bought separately). So I can't use Solar for now.

Cool stuff It was all a great experience with the products. Everything is working as. Sometimes the customer service could be a little bit faster. But in the end all problems could be solved.

Scam Returned my new sealed order.. never refunded I paid 172.64 USD .. I requested a return for a refund for my order 7798 for power bank ..as soon as I received the package as it’s under 30 days money back guarantee, after emailing them hundred times they finally answered me with a return address .. I send the item back to Canada address ..It was send by purolator under tracking number 334532883686.. they received the package on 31 January .. after that they never replied .. and no refund has been made!! Scam And by the way the item was new and sealed .. stay away from Zendure .. customer service is big ZERO
