these devices are fine until you need… these devices are fine until you need them, they require constant management else they run into a firmware problem and them whatever was plugged into them like a refrigerator is no longer backed up, no warning nothing. unless you can afford to constantly monitor the device, you cannot rely on it to just "be dumb" until the firmware is updated. by time this happens its out of warranty. also currently cannot explain to anyone how it will not charge over the amp demand in ac wall mode. no one would take the time to understand that just plugging it into the 120v ac outlet isn't good enough for it to be a backup battery in ups mode. it still requires a 12vdc source to provide additional charge over the ac demand it may currently need. in short fine for someone who will charge it and use it as a massive cell phone booster battery, no someone who needs it to be an uninterrupted power supply

Slow support The original power bank had a defective output. While a replacement was shipped quickly it arrived completely defective. It will not charge. I have made multiple attempts to contact and they still refuse to respond. ** Updated - Support finally reached out and sent a third unit that works fine.

Persistence until the problem is solved I had ordered the AB2000 together with a SolarFlow system before Christmas with an announced delivery date of January 10. Everything was sent as announced, but to a wrong address, so that both packages were returned to sender. On the second delivery attempt, I again saw an incorrect delivery address, which I immediately reported to Zendure Support. In the end, the two parcels have been delivered to the correct address a few days later. The forwarding of a power socket also worked straight away. I was supervised by the same person at support throughout the whole process, so I didn't have to explain everything all over again. Thank you very much for your persistence.

Hi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of… Update At least they respond to reviews. I wrote the better buisness buro and the handels register. Within a day of writing i received word they would refund me. Five days later the refund was at my bank. So they are listenning. Would have simply been so much better if they had been listenning the four months before. But in the end I went with Bluetti...in the time it took to get my refund I have a new system, great service and lights...finally. I will give zendure another star for trying to solve it. ZENDURE V4600. Slick,functional,great value Customer service was responsive to shipping updates. Once arrived boxing was clever,safe and extraordinarily made for us and ease of removal. The v4600 and satellite battery are made well, designed well, and have been charging 2.33kw, and discharging into a heat pump daily. Really cutting down the use of the whole house hvac, while giving security of several to 9 kw in case of down grid. Self moving and tricked out lighting for kicks. Little loud, and no input pv cable so 4.8 out of 5 star, but if in market for a big solar battery, I'd look at zendure for sure.
