ESNo service at all! No service at all! Waited for five (yes 5) month to NOT receive my Solarflow setup. The device was promised several times and delayed even more, my doubts where not answered. In general a no service and happy I received a refund (CC company). I will buy similar hardware with another company as Zendure can NOT be trusted. All info can be proven with all my emails, tracking numbers and money receipts.

ATSolarflow problems after adding new AB2000 After some starting issues our Solarflow with 2 AB1000 was working properly and we were happy to have them. So we decided to add another AB2000 to the system. Unfortunatly there was an unsolveable software bug as soon as we added the AB2000 to the system and made the update to the AB1000 akkus. After contacting the support via e-mail it took some time till we got an answer. Finally Mrs. Jessica Wen took over our case and we got the needed answers and help very quickly. The system will be replaced and we are looking forward that finally everything will work again as properly as it did before. Thanks to Mrs. Jessica Wen for her great support!

IEFaulty Power bank and they didn't even respond to my email Received a Zendure powerbank as a present and it's not working right. Stops charging external devices after the power level drops below 40% and then turns off. When I subsequently recharge the power bank it always starts charging from that same circa 40% mark meaning that I'm not getting close to the battery capactiy which I should be. Emailed Zendure with the problem 10 days ago and with a video of the problem and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. TLDR: Faulty power bank and terrible customer service - buy another brand (Anker for instance have great customer service usually)

QAScam Returned my new sealed order.. never refunded I paid 172.64 USD .. I requested a return for a refund for my order 7798 for power bank ..as soon as I received the package as it’s under 30 days money back guarantee, after emailing them hundred times they finally answered me with a return address .. I send the item back to Canada address ..It was send by purolator under tracking number 334532883686.. they received the package on 31 January .. after that they never replied .. and no refund has been made!! Scam And by the way the item was new and sealed .. stay away from Zendure .. customer service is big ZERO

DEHi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of… Update At least they respond to reviews. I wrote the better buisness buro and the handels register. Within a day of writing i received word they would refund me. Five days later the refund was at my bank. So they are listenning. Would have simply been so much better if they had been listenning the four months before. But in the end I went with Bluetti...in the time it took to get my refund I have a new system, great service and lights...finally. I will give zendure another star for trying to solve it. AND that you actually have customer support - your telephone lines are just recordings, your tickets are just autoresponders- I am hoping this will reach someone. I was excited and hopeful about this company and truly sad to see it might be a BIG SCAM. really hopeing not so please @ZENDURE - please fix this, send me my paid for product - respond to my inquiries, Fix your support so that it actually works instead of autoresponders and no people - Please prove me wrong!
