GBSuper rank replacement I bought a zendure supertank power bank via amazon in Nov 22. I began experiencing issues in Jun 23 and contacted their customer service department directly to enquire if my power bank was still under warranty. Grace Huang took my query and resolved within a week. I received a brand new replacement power bank within two weeks. At this point I would like to say that zendure brand of power bank are extremely durable and reliable. My family have three in total with two being almost 4 years old with no problems. GBGrace at Zendure was responsive and… Grace at Zendure was responsive and professional. I was disappointed that my £48 battery pack had completely stopped working after only 3 months. (I paid that much bc NYT Wirecutter rated the product so highly.) Grace/Zendure honoured the warranty and sent a replacement within a week of my being in touch about the problem. Graces communication was always clear and prompt. Hopefully this one will be top quality as hoped.

ATSolarflow problems after adding new AB2000 After some starting issues our Solarflow with 2 AB1000 was working properly and we were happy to have them. So we decided to add another AB2000 to the system. Unfortunatly there was an unsolveable software bug as soon as we added the AB2000 to the system and made the update to the AB1000 akkus. After contacting the support via e-mail it took some time till we got an answer. Finally Mrs. Jessica Wen took over our case and we got the needed answers and help very quickly. The system will be replaced and we are looking forward that finally everything will work again as properly as it did before. Thanks to Mrs. Jessica Wen for her great support!

GBI am at my wits end with this company I am at my wits end with this company. I have been waiting over six months (yep, six months) to get the unit returned as it doesn't work. Jamie J emails constantly to say your return label is being generated - nothing transpires. The unit is next to useless. My fridge and freezer have defrosted twice because the thing either switches itself off after firmware issues or runs out of charge with no warning. The battery capacity is useless. My Jackery has half the so-called capacity but lasts twice as long. In short, I'm happy to be patient when a new company has issues but this company treats customers like mugs and ignores issues.
