ATLea from support was fabulous Lea from support was great - I also faced issues with noone answering - until Lea took over. I got my request solved within 2 weeks (replacment of cable initially not sent - cable for connecting satelite and SVB). Many thanks to Lea for her great support and almost instant answers! @Zendure: make sure you have more than just Lea in your support team, things will pick up. However, make sure you value her - she know what customer support means!!

CAExceptional customer support. The display on my SBP2000 went blank when trying to use the unit recently, and I was having difficulty pairing it to my phone through the Zendure app. Selma from Customer Support walked me through the hard reset process and unpaired my SBP from an old account I apparently had before so I could set up anew. Her patience and persistence with me was exceptional. Many thanks.

DECool stuff It was all a great experience with the products. Everything is working as. Sometimes the customer service could be a little bit faster. But in the end all problems could be solved.

HRIt is a scam It is a scam. Products are either not working or not working as advertised. Constant problems. Support not answering for months.

DEHi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of… Update At least they respond to reviews. I wrote the better buisness buro and the handels register. Within a day of writing i received word they would refund me. Five days later the refund was at my bank. So they are listenning. Would have simply been so much better if they had been listenning the four months before. But in the end I went with Bluetti...in the time it took to get my refund I have a new system, great service and lights...finally. I will give zendure another star for trying to solve it. I write, I call, and always I am told that you have no idea when I will get my order. This is truly unacceptable. I surely can wait a bit but our build is now waiting only for this product so we can HAVE LIGHTS!!!!!! please, I wish some customer support and my product. AND that you actually have customer support - your telephone lines are just recordings, your tickets are just autoresponders- I am hoping this will reach someone. I was excited and hopeful about this company and truly sad to see it might be a BIG SCAM. really hopeing not so please @ZENDURE - please fix this, send me my paid for product - respond to my inquiries, Fix your support so that it actually works instead of autoresponders and no people - Please prove me wrong!
