GBthese devices are fine until you need… these devices are fine until you need them, they require constant management else they run into a firmware problem and them whatever was plugged into them like a refrigerator is no longer backed up, no warning nothing. unless you can afford to constantly monitor the device, you cannot rely on it to just "be dumb" until the firmware is updated. by time this happens its out of warranty. also currently cannot explain to anyone how it will not charge over the amp demand in ac wall mode. no one would take the time to understand that just plugging it into the 120v ac outlet isn't good enough for it to be a backup battery in ups mode. it still requires a 12vdc source to provide additional charge over the ac demand it may currently need. in short fine for someone who will charge it and use it as a massive cell phone booster battery, no someone who needs it to be an uninterrupted power supply

DEHi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of… Update At least they respond to reviews. I wrote the better buisness buro and the handels register. Within a day of writing i received word they would refund me. Five days later the refund was at my bank. So they are listenning. Would have simply been so much better if they had been listenning the four months before. But in the end I went with Bluetti...in the time it took to get my refund I have a new system, great service and lights...finally. I will give zendure another star for trying to solve it. But cmon guys. You know better. Original review Hi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of your product and STILL have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered in November!!!! I write, I call, and always I am told that you have no idea when I will get my order. This is truly unacceptable. I surely can wait a bit but our build is now waiting only for this product so we can HAVE LIGHTS!!!!!! please, I wish some customer support and my product. AND that you actually have customer support - your telephone lines are just recordings, your tickets are just autoresponders- I am hoping this will reach someone. I was excited and hopeful about this company and truly sad to see it might be a BIG SCAM. really hopeing not so please @ZENDURE - please fix this, send me my paid for product - respond to my inquiries, Fix your support so that it actually works instead of autoresponders and no people - Please prove me wrong!

ATLea from support was fabulous Lea from support was great - I also faced issues with noone answering - until Lea took over. I got my request solved within 2 weeks (replacment of cable initially not sent - cable for connecting satelite and SVB). Many thanks to Lea for her great support and almost instant answers! @Zendure: make sure you have more than just Lea in your support team, things will pick up. However, make sure you value her - she know what customer support means!!

ATNo response since weeks, return impossible The support is not answering my request now since 1,5 months. I wanted to replace the PVHub-1200 with the PVHub-2000 since it has been released few days after i placed my order or send back the complete set. There is also no return shipping address published on zendure.de. So it's a deadlock situation with no return address and unresponsive support. I will try to return either the PVHub-1200 or the complete package to the original senders address and activate paypal buyer protection if no money has been transferred back. in addition it is stated that there is a 3,6% "transaction fee" (for paypal, 2,6% for credit cards) in case of returns which is against austrian law.

HRIt is a scam It is a scam. Products are either not working or not working as advertised. Constant problems. Support not answering for months.
