Grace at Zendure was responsive and… Grace at Zendure was responsive and professional. I was disappointed that my £48 battery pack had completely stopped working after only 3 months. (I paid that much bc NYT Wirecutter rated the product so highly.) Grace/Zendure honoured the warranty and sent a replacement within a week of my being in touch about the problem. Graces communication was always clear and prompt. Hopefully this one will be top quality as hoped.

Great product with excellent warranty Had an original Zendure wall charger which stopped working after about a year. Contacted their service which sent me a new knee at no cost. Also have a newer generation wall charger. Both work great! Charge super fastest multiple phones!

Super rank replacement I bought a zendure supertank power bank via amazon in Nov 22. I began experiencing issues in Jun 23 and contacted their customer service department directly to enquire if my power bank was still under warranty. Grace Huang took my query and resolved within a week. I received a brand new replacement power bank within two weeks. At this point I would like to say that zendure brand of power bank are extremely durable and reliable. My family have three in total with two being almost 4 years old with no problems. No response since weeks, return impossible The support is not answering my request now since 1,5 months. I wanted to replace the PVHub-1200 with the PVHub-2000 since it has been released few days after i placed my order or send back the complete set. There is also no return shipping address published on zendure.de. So it's a deadlock situation with no return address and unresponsive support. I will try to return either the PVHub-1200 or the complete package to the original senders address and activate paypal buyer protection if no money has been transferred back. in addition it is stated that there is a 3,6% "transaction fee" (for paypal, 2,6% for credit cards) in case of returns which is against austrian law.

Cool stuff It was all a great experience with the products. Everything is working as. Sometimes the customer service could be a little bit faster. But in the end all problems could be solved.
