ZENDURE V4600. Slick,functional,great value Customer service was responsive to shipping updates. Once arrived boxing was clever,safe and extraordinarily made for us and ease of removal. The v4600 and satellite battery are made well, designed well, and have been charging 2.33kw, and discharging into a heat pump daily. Really cutting down the use of the whole house hvac, while giving security of several to 9 kw in case of down grid. Self moving and tricked out lighting for kicks. Little loud, and no input pv cable so 4.8 out of 5 star, but if in market for a big solar battery, I'd look at zendure for sure.

Lea from support was fabulous Lea from support was great - I also faced issues with noone answering - until Lea took over. I got my request solved within 2 weeks (replacment of cable initially not sent - cable for connecting satelite and SVB). Many thanks to Lea for her great support and almost instant answers! @Zendure: make sure you have more than just Lea in your support team, things will pick up. However, make sure you value her - she know what customer support means!!

No service at all! No service at all! Waited for five (yes 5) month to NOT receive my Solarflow setup. The device was promised several times and delayed even more, my doubts where not answered. In general a no service and happy I received a refund (CC company). I will buy similar hardware with another company as Zendure can NOT be trusted. All info can be proven with all my emails, tracking numbers and money receipts.

Hi Zendure I bought 3000 euro worth of… Update At least they respond to reviews. I wrote the better buisness buro and the handels register. Within a day of writing i received word they would refund me. Five days later the refund was at my bank. So they are listenning. Would have simply been so much better if they had been listenning the four months before. But in the end I went with Bluetti...in the time it took to get my refund I have a new system, great service and lights...finally. I will give zendure another star for trying to solve it. Super rank replacement I bought a zendure supertank power bank via amazon in Nov 22. I began experiencing issues in Jun 23 and contacted their customer service department directly to enquire if my power bank was still under warranty. Grace Huang took my query and resolved within a week. I received a brand new replacement power bank within two weeks. At this point I would like to say that zendure brand of power bank are extremely durable and reliable. My family have three in total with two being almost 4 years old with no problems.
