Super rank replacement I bought a zendure supertank power bank via amazon in Nov 22. I began experiencing issues in Jun 23 and contacted their customer service department directly to enquire if my power bank was still under warranty. Grace Huang took my query and resolved within a week. I received a brand new replacement power bank within two weeks. At this point I would like to say that zendure brand of power bank are extremely durable and reliable. My family have three in total with two being almost 4 years old with no problems. Great product with excellent warranty Had an original Zendure wall charger which stopped working after about a year. Contacted their service which sent me a new knee at no cost. Also have a newer generation wall charger. Both work great! Charge super fastest multiple phones!

I am at my wits end with this company I am at my wits end with this company. I have been waiting over six months (yep, six months) to get the unit returned as it doesn't work. Jamie J emails constantly to say your return label is being generated - nothing transpires. The unit is next to useless. My fridge and freezer have defrosted twice because the thing either switches itself off after firmware issues or runs out of charge with no warning. The battery capacity is useless. My Jackery has half the so-called capacity but lasts twice as long. In short, I'm happy to be patient when a new company has issues but this company treats customers like mugs and ignores issues.

No service at all! No service at all! Waited for five (yes 5) month to NOT receive my Solarflow setup. The device was promised several times and delayed even more, my doubts where not answered. In general a no service and happy I received a refund (CC company). I will buy similar hardware with another company as Zendure can NOT be trusted. All info can be proven with all my emails, tracking numbers and money receipts.
