It started out as an order for a… It started out as an order for a flowing incense burner ..within minutes after ordering at $19 i discovered that this so called relaxation blah blah burning incense thing was a health and environmental hazard i canceled the order.. two weeks later i got a email from "the comfort meditation.com" saying i had ordered a meditation app for $34.95 a month...checking with bank the company withdrawing the funds was "Keto fuel diet" phone # 903 485 1939 a utah #...i initiated a fraud action and cancelled my debit card.. this company operates with at least three different companys that will share your card # with others to scam you...Calling the Utah # there was some un-understandable gobbly gook and a hang up..stay away from all chinese companys is my advice to everyone...

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. Purchased one bottle, but got charged $400. Immediately knew I’d been scammed. Contacted them to cancel order, they said “too late, already dispatched”. Apparently I signed up for auto renewal, so they’ve deducted more out of my account. So really, I’ve been scammed twice by the same company!! Now that’s embarrassing!! As for the product, the ingredients advertised on the websites were not in the bottles I received. The ingredients are calcium, magnesium and sodium, rice flour and guar gum, encased in a gelatine capsule.

This is a complete scam This is a complete scam, my elderly mother made an error and ordered this due to false advertising aka promoted by Amanda Holden, she wanted one bottle to try the company-charged her £277.00. I instantly picked this up and messaged company to cancel. They sent the goods arriving 12th January. Returned them following instructions 18th. Refused to refund any money as out with 30 day policy. They use delaying tactics to cause these issues. Unfortunately my 85 year old vulnerable mother been ripped off to value £277.00. This company has no ethics and impossible to communicate with,

Having been lied to by this company and… Having been lied to by this company and their customer sales team ..up to supervisor level .promising to get back in touch re my refund within 48 hours..still over a week later heard nothing Tried to say they would reship ..refused offer,then said they couldn't do anything as over 30 days since originally shipped,never received,said I could have 50% refund of outstanding monies owing ..turned that down and now complete silence ..so will ring them again and then I will start to try and get money back via my bank Do not trust this company .. completely dishonest in their customer service and built on hollow words and broken promises ..Still owed £148.00.
