GBThe quality of this product is great… The quality of this product is great however I purchased the wrong size and am reordering. I measured my cat however I either did it wrong or the items runs slightly bigger.; regardless, no complaints.

GBTerrible customer service We have been trying without success for three weeks to contact Botaro about our order. We've left phone messages and have sent emails but no one will respond. We haven't received our item and right now, would not recommend this company to shop through.
