The PowerProGo Wireless Charging pad… The PowerProGo Wireless Charging pad does not work as advertised, a) It will not sync with my iPhone 12. Out of 25 attempts it might sync once. I even took my phone out of its case and it did not sync. b) pushing the On button does not turn it on ever. I must double-click to get a reading at all. The other ports seem to work ok. Disappointed. We bought 5 of these as stocking stuffers and are embarrassed with this one problematic feature but it isn't worth the hassle to return.

Bonus ... Love the ambiance of the "flickering flame" usable with or w/out music ... Hope to be able to order more in future - would be Fun to have several synced together for gatherings ... Terrible Customer Service I bought a pair of the speakers on 6/8/20. After 3 broken promises of shipment they We’re shipped on 7/14/20 to arrive on 7/22/20. I tried several times to use the chat and make a phone call but neither one worked. I would send emails and would receive a robotic response 4 days later promising shipment. I even tried to cancel my order and never got a response to that. They absolutely charged my credit card form day one. If you want total frustration from a company then purchase their products. Hopefully these items perform as described. I NEVER EVER want to deal with this company again. I highly recommend not buying these.

I live on a ranch I live on a ranch. The tiki bluetooth speaker allows me to listen to my favorite podcasts, music and books while doing chores, (within my wifi range). Over the ear headphones get hot. Ear buds fall out. I have a wrap around porch with prevailing winds from the east. Candles NEVER stay lit. The tiki speaker finally gives the ambience of a flicker candle. And, I like that fact there are no batteries to replace. I order an extra one for my best friend who lost everything in Hurricane Harvey. They had a wonderful patio. I am hope this will help bring a little joy while rebuilding.
