USMajor Customer Service issues I placed an order several weeks ago and never heard anything about status. I emailed them a week later when they informed me that both items I ordered have actually been out of stock for a while but assured me the Accounting department would refund my funds the next business day. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and no refund and I can't get anyone to respond even to the several emails I've written to customer service. I would never order from them again. They can't seem to do the right thing by their customers. I just hope I will eventually get my money back!

US11 out of 47 disc set lack English subtitles I have had a rocky road with this company. They mailed the set over a week late, with much reminding from me. Now I find 11 out of 47 discs of the full set have no English. They say they will mail replacements but it is 10 days later, no mailing, no further exchange with me. I'll let you know if anything gets better. For now, I suspect this is a far from respectable company. Do not trust all the reassuring comments.
