Fail to deliver Ordered a card at Christmas - never arrived. They said they'd send a replacement in January - never arrived. Had to do a charge back with my credit card company. THEN got an email saying they had sent me my order and the post office had returned it as I had not been available for delivery (had to sign for it). Asked for proof of this and they failed to give me the RD number - bunch of idiots! Got my money back thanks to Visa.

Never received order and cannot contact the company I am absolutely furious with this fraudulent company. I ordered a supercard and never received it. It was to be a christmas present and set me back a lot. I got an email to state that my order had been dispatched. When it never arrived I tried to log a complaint on the site. This did not work. I then tried to email the site, but the support email address stated did not work. I cannot contact anyone and am looking into getting my money back with my bank. Mr P Latham
