GBCentreville,VA Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase online and after several days, I called to follow up on my order only to be told, the phone is out of stock. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.

BDAwesome, I am very satisfied. All the items are great prices and the prices competitive prices. Shipping is fast, everything is very straightforward. The one time I had a problem (UPS smashed the package to smithereens) they were completely responsive and arranged for a replacement item to be sent via 2-day air.

KEliers and cheaters who sell used phones I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and it was a different model from which i ordered. the phone i ordered was actually for $99.99 and wat they sent me was for $79.99. so they actually ate my $20.00 and sent me a used phone and the wrong modelThey know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
