GBMY PHONE WAS RECEIVED 6 MONTHS AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER Received my phone 6 months later without any follow up from the company. Tried to contact customer service, but no reply. Do not buy from them, you'll get a better price if you do a google search intead.

GBWeb Site and Customer Service are really BAD. Ordered a phone, something went wrong, got a message that I'll be charged $1300 for 2 phones. Looked for edit/cancel order: you CANNOT do it on web site, have to call them next day after 11am. Good luck reaching their customer service, I spent 50 minutes next day trying to call them, no reply, they just dump their ads into your ears. Chat said send an e-mail, I've already sent last night. Happily for me, the order was canceled as 'out of stock', regardless of the IN STOCK mark on the product. Will never return to this site. Order # 135586. After my complaint they instantly removed my account on their web site, regardless of the e-mail confirmation with psw, so now I cannot review/comment there.

GBSELL USED PHONES & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never purchase from MyWorldPhone again. I bought a "new" Sony Ericsson from them, and I opened it to find a contact book full of people and PHOTOS. I saw photos of their family, and of a pizza. This is ridiculous! I called MyWorldPhone, who said they would ship me a new phone. The next phone they shipped me did not have sound! My phone would not ring, only vibrate. This was ridiculous yet again, so after 30 days of 20 phone calls a day to rude representatives with thick Indian accents, I finally got my money back. This was such a Terrible ordeal, I wish it upon no one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

GBCentreville,VA Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase online and after several days, I called to follow up on my order only to be told, the phone is out of stock. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.
