Centreville,VA Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase online and after several days, I called to follow up on my order only to be told, the phone is out of stock. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.

I will never buy again I will never buy again. I could not still got my refund for a never delivered smartphone :(
