liers and cheaters who sell used phones I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and it was a different model from which i ordered. the phone i ordered was actually for $99.99 and wat they sent me was for $79.99. so they actually ate my $20.00 and sent me a used phone and the wrong modelThey know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

fraud fraud shop. I paid money. However, goods do not arrive. This store cannot be trusted. Please do not purchase from this store. It is very unkind. I am very angry.

Awesome, I am very satisfied. All the items are great prices and the prices competitive prices. Shipping is fast, everything is very straightforward. The one time I had a problem (UPS smashed the package to smithereens) they were completely responsive and arranged for a replacement item to be sent via 2-day air.

WORST Customer Service... wait NO Customer Service I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
