liers and cheaters who sell used phones I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and it was a different model from which i ordered. the phone i ordered was actually for $99.99 and wat they sent me was for $79.99. so they actually ate my $20.00 and sent me a used phone and the wrong modelThey know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. MY PHONE WAS RECEIVED 6 MONTHS AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER Received my phone 6 months later without any follow up from the company. Tried to contact customer service, but no reply. Do not buy from them, you'll get a better price if you do a google search intead.

WORST Customer Service... wait NO Customer Service I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
