GBWeb Site and Customer Service are really BAD. Ordered a phone, something went wrong, got a message that I'll be charged $1300 for 2 phones. Looked for edit/cancel order: you CANNOT do it on web site, have to call them next day after 11am. Good luck reaching their customer service, I spent 50 minutes next day trying to call them, no reply, they just dump their ads into your ears. Chat said send an e-mail, I've already sent last night. Happily for me, the order was canceled as 'out of stock', regardless of the IN STOCK mark on the product. Will never return to this site. Order # 135586. After my complaint they instantly removed my account on their web site, regardless of the e-mail confirmation with psw, so now I cannot review/comment there.

CAWORST Customer Service... wait NO Customer Service I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

BDBest company to get unlock phones Just got the nokia 5530 from myworldphone.com . would say that an awesome phone from an awesome company .The 5530 is a cut-price touchscreen music phone that is Nokia's answer to the LG Cookie and the Samsung Tocco Lite. On Pay Monthly, it's hardly any more expensive than these competitors, but it offers a whole lot more. As well as having the highest resolution display in its class, it has a 3.2 megapixel camera with a flash, an excellent video camera, a superb music player plus an FM radio, 4GB of memory, WiFi, a 3.5mm headphone jack and excellent battery life. I was waiting for this phone fro last couple of weeks and couldnt get the unlocked from anywhere and finally found out that myworldphone.com . This is my second buy from them and would say they have been excellent over all so far . Specially their shipping service and frank if u r reading this then this is for u aswell ... keep up the good work and will be buying from u soon when some manufacturer comes with a mind blasting model like this one again .
