SELL USED PHONES & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never purchase from MyWorldPhone again. I bought a "new" Sony Ericsson from them, and I opened it to find a contact book full of people and PHOTOS. I saw photos of their family, and of a pizza. This is ridiculous! I called MyWorldPhone, who said they would ship me a new phone. The next phone they shipped me did not have sound! My phone would not ring, only vibrate. This was ridiculous yet again, so after 30 days of 20 phone calls a day to rude representatives with thick Indian accents, I finally got my money back. This was such a Terrible ordeal, I wish it upon no one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

WORST Customer Service... wait NO Customer Service I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Awesome, I am very satisfied. All the items are great prices and the prices competitive prices. Shipping is fast, everything is very straightforward. The one time I had a problem (UPS smashed the package to smithereens) they were completely responsive and arranged for a replacement item to be sent via 2-day air.

Screen replacement I have a XIAOMI REDPEPPER NOTE 3 which was very sweet @ a short moment but later had a faulty screen showing blue colour. How can I order for a replacement. Please reach through my Gmail. Thank you
