WORST Customer Service... wait NO Customer Service I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.
