ROSlow support site isn't actually I think it's a very small company because after 2 months they refund my money on PayPal. Slow support and many items they haven't in stock.

GREU WAREHOUSE THAT IS IN CHINA I resently but a jaiu s3 from Minideal spain warehouse but the phone was sent from china and possible i will have to pay customs and who knows what. I dont know if this is the usial way of them doing bussines i highly recomend you make sure they will sent the goods from Europe and not China they also told me it will take 2- 5 dayw and we already have 5 days and its not here

JPThere is no warranty for this e-shop!? I was out to repair the phone within the warranty period, but has been requested the money on that had to wait close to half a year. The customer support say that it has the warranty expired during the repair. It could not be repaired the phone, and to replace it, this is very expensive. For need a fee will be charged if it past the warranty period during repair? For need a fee will be charged by commodity prices high? It is written "12month free repair serivce" in this website!? I was told that, if you do not pay the money, it will send back the unrepaired phone. Is this common sense of business in the world?
