Lack of communication This website, krazy-diskount, is not a trustworthy site. 2 products were ordered on Nov 29th, 11 days ago. Payment was deducted, receipt for payment was received, and order confirmation number was received. However, no shipping information has been received. The phone number listed on the site is full of ads; no matter how many you listen to or press 0 to skip through, there is no one on the other end for customer service. Emails have been sent as correspondence to check on shipping, however none of them have received a response. I feel as if this is a scam website and we have been a victim of theft.

WOW WOW WOW! My experience was so unexpected! I received the correct item but wrong model, and when I called, I was expecting to be given a hassle, but instead I encountered the most friendly gentleman who immediately apologized and rectified the situation. A new correct model was sent two-day delivery and a label was sent for me to send back the wrong item. I can't thank you enough for such a pleasant and exceptional experience!

Scam Website This website is a total scam. Do not, I repeat DO NOT send this site any of your hard earned money. Like the reviews before me they will take your money, say your order is complete with an order number and then... nothing. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and none of my emails have been acknowledged. Try calling their number? It's just an endless loop of ads trying to scam you out of more money. I will be pursuing legal action at this point.
