2 instances of inept support Twice offered a promo, with no instructions on how to claim promo, back and forth messages with one word answers from support. Just poor in customer Svc, response and a waste of time. Ultimately, support never followed up and didn’t offer any explanation.

D3+ Battery Base… Echo dot d3+ Took a week to dispatch and got to me in 3 weeks. Works and happy customer. Legit brand. You can buy on Amazon also but I couldn’t at the time. Customer service on website didn’t reply at all but doesn’t matter now I have the product.
