DKnot proper product I got chairs and other things from ggm which I still haven't received in 4 months now. When the chairs came first some were a completely different colour than others. I told them and they told to send a picture, after that they started to say all kind of stuff like it's been long the stuff was sent and they can not give me the proper ones. Also, some of the chairs don't form properly.

GBI ordered an Echo 4 battery base back… I ordered an Echo 4 battery base back in March. Delivery was a little slow, but that wasnt a problem. It sits in our spare room permanently on charge. The other day we thought we would move it to the garden. Display was showing full charge (4 blue dots). Unplugged and and everything died. Unplugged the Echo and charged the battery pack, 1 min later ( and lots of flashing lights) and it showed full charge. Tried again and all failed!!! Then the fun REALLY starts. Went to paypal to track the supplier domain- no longer active ( sent a dispute to paypal) Found a Facebook promoting their products, made a comment - still no reply 2 days. later. Found a facebook page (GGMM Support, worrying) Not allowed to make posts but sent a message. got a reply saying they needed the invoice number etc that I could get from my order history - Except the domain On my paypal invoice is not live anymore! I replied attaching a copy of my paypal transaction. How long this will take to sort out Lord only knows. But like all these situations, its not getting a refund its about having a good working product. Sadly I havent got one of those and it looks like a battle ahead!!!

GBBrilliant customer service Brilliant customer service I received a Echo dot3 portable charging unit D3 for Christmas and I had a slight problem, contacted a lovely lady at Ggmm called Sylvie who contacted me the same day as I made the query. Sorted it with a replacement unit within 2 days and they didn’t even expect me to send the old unit back which is just brilliant customer service. Nice way to start the new year . Can’t thank them enough for the ease of working with a very professional company 👍😄

GB2 instances of inept support Twice offered a promo, with no instructions on how to claim promo, back and forth messages with one word answers from support. Just poor in customer Svc, response and a waste of time. Ultimately, support never followed up and didn’t offer any explanation.

GGD3+ Battery Base… Echo dot d3+ Took a week to dispatch and got to me in 3 weeks. Works and happy customer. Legit brand. You can buy on Amazon also but I couldn’t at the time. Customer service on website didn’t reply at all but doesn’t matter now I have the product.
