I have been a customer for a few years… I have been a customer for a few years with this company they overcharge for a product that you can buy in store for a quarter of the price. Fact check my statement for yourself. ALSO why would they remove all electronics during Christmas time hint they know they charge 75% over retail

i tried to access my account online… i tried to access my account online several times, only to be unable to so do. when I tried to cancel my account, I couldn't do that either and had to call. now I cannot access to even pay the account off and they have stopped sending my statements by email. how do you pay these people. amateur hour at Gettington.

I could not give Gettington five stars… I could not give Gettington five stars because I ordered a storage cabinet and it didn’t come with the back panel to the cabinet. They sent me a replacement part which was supposed to be the back panel but instead they sent me a door to the cabinet but this storage cabinet did not require a door to it. So now I’m stuck with having to return this door back to Gettington and hopefully this time they will send me the right replacement part...the back panel !!!!!!!!!!

Well great stuff their but annoying… Well great stuff their but annoying phone calls stating your bill is overdue when it clearly is not unless some people like to jump the gun a month in advance!

I started off purchasing clothing I started off purchasing clothing. While the shorts are great, the shirts are not good quality at all, and too high priced for them. The sewing was horrendous, and already unravelling after a couple of washes, and hanging to dry. Other non-clothing products were in great condition. My only other complaint is the constant emails reminding me a payment is due by a certain date, and threats of late fees. One, it took forever for them even to post a due date (I checked daily), and two, one reminder is sufficient. I paid it a couple of days early, which I planned for in my budget. So, would appreciate less reminders and less junkmail in general.
