Advertising as they have 5 stars on… Advertising as they have 5 stars on trustpilot on their website but made it so hard to access reviews , seeing the real site for trust pilot shows they have no reviews and they're trying to scam people out of money for something amazon fire stick gives you without a subscription

No customer service Service worked ok for awhile but yes a lot of strobing/spinning and audio is not great. They have no contact. And no customer service. Similar to Starlink they are untouchable when there are problems. I used to be able to request shows but now they have you blocked unless you are VIP member for which they want too much money. Where are they hiding? I will NOT be renewing

Chill Trying to watch anything on chill tv, especially NHL games, is frustrating because it cuts out always searching everytime! Not at all as advertised! Poor streaming all the time

Not Recommended Paid 6 months in advance. Big Mistake! It is unwatchable due to the constant spinning every 3-4 seconds. Worked okay at the beginning but problem just keeps getting worse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No phone number. Their “chat” feature is eternally offline and emails go unanswered

I couldn't even install the free trial I couldn't even install the free trial. Just dead ends in the instructions. "Go to ..." and it's not a selectable option. Terrible instructions, makes me wonder how bad the actual product would be.
