Scammers read their reviews under… Scammers read their reviews under appliance planet! They are the same company. They deliver everybody broken goods and keep the delivery charges therefore making money for doing nothing. They supply years old machines stating their are new refurbished ones when they are used and abused machines with bits falling off, trading standards have asked them to pay delivery refund and they don’t care. Won’t be long until they are shut down so your warranties will be useless. Rude people and nasty too. See all the other reviews online it will shock you how bad they are!

Overall perfect I always consider myself unlucky for online shopping as I had terrible experience. I try my luck for planetappliance.com as it was recommended by my friend. Firstly, when I checked this website, I found it very easy to browse and looking into the category as per my requirement. I loved the concept of quick view, which is helpful to save time. I ordered some cutlery item to qualify and some other kitchen gadget to qualify for the free shipping. After ordering from them, I did not had time to check my email due to busy schedule. Even, I forgot that I have ordered some kitchen goods. But, surprisingly I received my complete order within 3 days without any problem. All items were in perfect working condition. I liked the overall quality of the items. And, when I checked my emails. I found that customer service is champion, they had send me emails for every transaction of my order.I must say this guys are truly professional which deserves business by me again. I would recommend them to all online shoppers.

I ordered online two separate appliances and only rec'd one, yet was charged for both Nov.2008 I ordered online and paid for with a credit card, two separate electronic air cleaner/purifiers. Not long after I rec'd one of the units shipped UPS, but not the second one. I have tried on an average of at least once a month since then to get this resolved but to no avail. I've called their toll free number dozens of times, trying to speak with a person and was omly able to talk to one girl a few weeks after I received the first package and when she looked it up she said it was not on hand in inventory and was back ordered. Since then I've only rec'd a few e-mail responses from them, but they only provide me with the ability to track the order and the UPS shipment, which I've done online many times. No one writing or even calling to say that they will resolve this and since Jan.1st, 2009 a pre-recorded message answers the phone and whatever number you pick, the call goes to one single mailbox, and it is always full. I've called directory assistance to see where they were located and if there was a local number I could dial from where I live out of state. They are supposed to be located in Edison, NJ at 351 Mill rd, in the greater Trenton NJ area. No sucess in getting a local phone number, the operator says they don't exist, and of course you cannot get through to them on the toll free number. I'm filing this complaint with the BBB in Trenton, NJ. I'm also filing a complaint with the attorney generals office, and next I'll head for a TV Network that will air my story. Not to defame the business but this is my attempt to get someone else to help me either get my money back for the un-shipped unit and/or have shipped exactly what I ordered. According to the UPS Cust. Service agent the problem may stem from the fact that the same UPS Tracking number was assigned to both units. This not an un-common practice in retail or even wholesale shipping ground or air or whatever. It provides them with a document record that the item(s) were shipped and rec'd on such and such date and that's that.

Had to resort to dispute my credit card charge First they advertised a product they really did not have in house-- it was back ordered but the consumer was not informed. Second, their website showed the status as "will be shipped in 24 hours" for about 2 weeks. Third, a service rep emailed me that the product I ordered was on pallets ready to be sent. That was an outright lie. Fourth, they then said they would ship from another location and that it would be shipped in 2-3 days; again this status went on for a week. Finally, it shipped, but guess what? They sent me the wrong item. Fifth, I was told on the phone, when asking for a refurn and to return the product sent to me that I would be sent an RA # and a mailing label. I never received either. I emailed them over 12 times; I called their non-800 number and left messages and received zippo response. Nada, not a word. So I got the wrong product, at the wroing time (a month later than advertised), and obviously from the wrong company. This is a no brainer. Draw your own conclusion.
