Inconsistency with delivery Things that I've ordered have had a long delivery time expected, and it's fine. However, way later, a week past the delivery date nothing has been shipped. When I asked the customer service about the status on the shipment and the representative says that it should have been shipped long time ago and it has been sitting there in the warehouse for a while. I have made a completely different order a few days later and the delivery time was exceptionally fast, meanwhile my old order from three weeks ago still hasn't been fulfilled. Very inconsistent.
