Scam Less than I star, scammers, avoid

I ordered a Keycool 84 RGB Mechanical… I ordered a Keycool 84 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard in April from this Shop. Unfortunately it took way too long due to the pandemic. And also it was not exactly what I wanted. I emailed the shop owner and it turned out that he had sent me a keyboard more valuable than what I wanted. And he said that I can keep it as gift, because they hadn’t had the exact item I wanted. And because of this gesture I gave the shop 5 stars. Because the way I see it he tried his best to make us customers happy.

The item I ordered took way too long to… The item I ordered took way too long to ship. When I finally received it, it was the wrong thing. When contacted, they said they'd take care of it and I never heard from them again.

This is a scam I tried to buy a product without saying that need to be a membership, soon they took money for product they made me a membership and charged me for this without sending me the product which I bought. When contact them, they are saying that I have a credit and I need to spend it on website and they will not refund any amount.
