Ordered on 6th December , still no update about my order I placed this order a week ago, the delievery time is 5-11 days and I still not received any confirmation email or tacking number.. I tried to send them two email but no answer from them.. I feel like robbed… I don’t think I will receive my projector

Complete waste of money do not fall for… Complete waste of money do not fall for this scam and steer clear of this absolute shambles of a company. Zero streaming services work with it due to copywrite which is not mentioned on their site. It stays charged for about 20 minutes when not plugged in if you’re lucky, making the whole point of a wireless projector redundant especially if your intentions were the travel with it. The customer service is none existent. The only reason I took the time to leave this review is to warn others not to fall for this scam aswel.

Poor communication, unreliable delivery dates I’ve ordered my the projector along with other items, and paid for priority shipping but it’s been over the 4-9 day limit. Haven’t received a single update after the confirmation email either. I tried reaching out, but after reading other reviews I don’t know when I should expect a response. The product is advertised nicely, but I wouldn’t buy anything unless you’re comfortable with waiting possibly an unknown period of time.

SCAM!!! Emailed repeatedly to start return, no reply. No number or address on website. Son ordered it, lured by TikTok. They say on website that any returns not approved prior to returning will not be accepted. STAY CLEAR, this is definitely a scam. No company information on the internet either.

Genuinely poor service Courier only attempted delivery once on a day not chosen by me and then sent the item back. Initially had communication with the company who said they would send another item out - a month later still going around in circles on email and now no response when I’ve requested the order be cancelled and my money back! Do not use!!
