SCAM!!! Emailed repeatedly to start return, no reply. No number or address on website. Son ordered it, lured by TikTok. They say on website that any returns not approved prior to returning will not be accepted. STAY CLEAR, this is definitely a scam. No company information on the internet either.

Very good value for money Very happy with the wireless headphones, they fit perfect in my ear, (the previous ones I had were hurting me after using them for a while and sometimes fell out), these have the perfect shape, you can barely feel it and they never fall out. The sound is very good, they allow me to understand podcasts while cycling. And the battery lasts me the whole day. I will probably order more, it's a good gift. Very good value for money

Disgusting customer service Disgusting customer service. Ordered a projector which arrived in time. Did not work with PS5 so emailed. Had a response saying I needed a special cable. Ordered that which took 7 weeks to arrive after numerous emails chasing it. Cable made no difference so am now fighting to return crappy items but I’ve exceeded their 90 day returns policy so they’re saying no refund. Now they are blanking my emails. DO NOT buy from this company!

DO NOT PURCHASE! SCAM! AWFUL COMPANY Wish I could select 0 stars. The worst company I have ever dealt with online. This company is a SCAM. £60+ out of pocket even AFTER returning the item. They do not reply to emails, i’m pretty sure they do not know the meaning of communication. Absolutely awful! Will be taking this further until I receive my refund.
