Wrong battery, ignoring my support / RMA Requests Was sent a battery that did not fit my product despite the website description. Filled out an RMA form on their website and did not hear back. Called to ask for an update and they claim they didn't receive an RMA form and asked me to email it. I tried filling out the form on their website again to print it but had no print option, no option to save it. Filled it out and screenshot it, then emailed it to the support email address. Called back the next day and they still claimed they hadn't received it. At this point I'm giving the whole thing up as a bad job. I will never order from them again and I highly suggest anyone reading this review avoid them like the plague if you expect anything resembling customer support.

Beware credit card payments Website appears legit, but my credit card number was stolen in the 24 hrs after using it on their website. I don’t believe their credit card payment option is secure, so use the PayPal option if you order from them.
