Great customer service Bought our tablet via Amazon but started to have some running issues, emailed the company and within a really short time had a comprehensive response...tablet sorted and running better than ever

Great product let down by abysmal customer service. We have bought two of their tablets. Both working great at first, but now the second one developed a fault and would not charge. Sent it back for repair and after weeks of zero communication they just sent back the old tablet with no explanation of what they'd done. Turns out the tablet hadn't been repaired at all. They finally agreed to replace it - but once again no communication. No response to emails. No one answering the phone. No idea if we will actually get a replacement. Great product (when it worked) but abysmal customer service. Lost all confidence in future purchases from this company, which is sad. (First one we bought is working just great).

I asked them for a replacement charger , no questions asked , charger has been send to me without any extra cost. 5/5 from me.

This is the worse computer company I… This is the worse computer company I have ever had to deal with. Sent a tablet back when it wouldn't charge was told it was my fault and I would have to pay for the repair or I could get my money back minus the repair cost.
