GBPoor service. Item unknown. Ordered tablet. Day 9 (working day 5) it's at the opposite end of the country. I know that as after day 7 and an email to customer service I was supplied with the correct tracking link (with no explanation) as opposed to an usable one on confirmation. Shoddy. Wish I'd just bought a Samsung on Amazon, I guess there's a reason people don't search for British alternatives.

GBThis is the worse computer company I… This is the worse computer company I have ever had to deal with. Sent a tablet back when it wouldn't charge was told it was my fault and I would have to pay for the repair or I could get my money back minus the repair cost.

One of tablets (7'')has been returned and replaced for a bigger one. Prepaid label has been provided! 24/7 customer support. 2 Year warranty. I asked them for a replacement charger , no questions asked , charger has been send to me without any extra cost. 5/5 from me.
